Eugene Bellamy, Jr. currently serves as the Digital Platform Coordinator and Math and PD Support for Jasper County School District. He has formerly served in Jasper, Marion, and Horry Counties as a middle school teacher, middle school assistant principal, middle school principal, Academic Officer (Director) of Elementary and Middle Schools and district administrator. Throughout his 12-year career as a math educator and administrator, Eugene has been actively involved in developing his leadership skill set and capacity. Eugene was recently elected as President-Elect for the South Carolina Council of Teachers of Mathematics (SCCTM), President-Elect for the South Carolina Leaders of Mathematics Education (SCLME), and an ASCD Emerging Leader. He is a member of the Palmetto State Teachers’ Association (PSTA) and the Whittemore Alumni Association (WAA). Eugene is eager to inspire, engage, and empower leaders and renew their zeal for creating climates and cultures of excellence. Most importantly, Eugene is the proud husband of Raven and father of Madison, Micah, and Malachi.
